A temporary permit may be issued for structures or uses that are accessory during construction or other special circumstances of a nonrecurring nature, subject to the following additional provisions:

1. Nonconforming Uses and Structures.

A. Temporary nonconforming uses shall be subject to authorization by the Zoning Hearing Board as a special exception when deemed necessary to protect the public health or welfare, and to promote the proper development of the Township.
B. Such structure or use shall be removed completely upon expiration of the permit without cost to the Township.
C. The life of such permit shall not exceed one year, unless authorized by the Zoning Hearing Board.
